Getting started

How do I create a wallet?

Click Create wallet on the home page, complete email verification, and set up 2FA for best security.

Is this a custodial wallet?

Yes. We manage keys for you using secure custody practices so you don't have to worry about seed phrases.

Can I import an external wallet?

Not today. We focus on safe custody and fast transfers. You can deposit from external wallets using your receive address.

Which assets are supported?

Major assets such as BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, and more. We add support based on demand, risk, and audits.

Security & account

Do you support 2FA?

Yes. Enable TOTP 2FA in Settings → Security. Store backup codes securely in case you change phones.

What happens if I lose my 2FA device?

Use your backup codes to sign in, then re-enroll 2FA. If you lost codes, contact support for recovery (may require extra verification).

How are keys protected?

We use layered security including HSM/MPC custody, address allowlisting, risk checks, and monitored operations.

Are funds insured?

We follow strong security practices; insurance availability may vary by jurisdiction and partner. See our Security page for details.

Deposits & withdrawals

How long do deposits take?

Deposits credit after sufficient network confirmations. Timing varies by chain congestion and fee level.

How long do withdrawals take?

Most withdrawals are prompt but depend on risk checks, network conditions, and your account level.

Why is my transfer pending?

Large or unusual transfers may require additional checks. You’ll see status in the dashboard and receive notifications.

Can I cancel a crypto transfer?

On-chain transactions are irreversible once broadcast. If it’s still pending internally, contact support immediately.

Fees & limits

What fees apply?

Network fees apply to on-chain transactions. Exchange spreads and service fees may apply; we keep pricing transparent.

Can I increase my limits?

Yes. Complete verification (KYC) under Dashboard → Verification to increase deposit/withdrawal limits.

Is there a minimum deposit?

Minimums vary by asset and network fees. We’ll alert you if a deposit is too small to credit.

Where can I see all fees?

See our Pricing page and in‑app confirmations before sending. We surface fees clearly before you approve a transfer.

Using the wallet

Can I swap assets?

Swaps are supported for select pairs and regions. Quotes show total price impact before you confirm.

Can I set allowlisted addresses?

Yes. Add addresses in Settings → Security. Withdrawals can be restricted to allowlisted destinations for extra safety.

Do you support multiple networks?

Yes. Always select the correct network for your asset. Sending to the wrong network can lead to loss of funds.

Can I export transactions?

Yes. Download CSVs for a selected period from Dashboard → Transactions for reporting or taxes.

What personal data do you collect?

We collect only what’s needed to operate the service, comply with laws, and keep your account secure. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you share data with third parties?

We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., KYC, analytics) under strict agreements. We never sell your data.

How can I delete my account?
