Privacy Transparency

How we handle privacy requests, government requests, and incident notifications.

Last updated: 2026-01-15

Overview

We believe in transparency about how we handle privacy and lawful access requests. This page provides high‑level information; some metrics may be published in periodic reports.

Privacy requests

We process data subject requests (access, deletion, correction, etc.) through our Privacy channels. We track intake volume, completion time, and outcomes. We may publish aggregate metrics while protecting user privacy.

Government requests

We narrow and require valid legal process before disclosing data, except in emergencies permitted by law. See our Law Enforcement Guidelines. Aggregate counts may be published subject to law and safety.

Incidents & notifications

We notify affected users and, where required, regulators of incidents without undue delay. Post‑incident summaries may be published once risks are mitigated.

Methodology

Metrics definitions, inclusion criteria, and rounding rules will be described in each report to ensure clarity and comparability over time.
