Use WalletCore responsibly. Here’s what’s not allowed and how we handle abuse.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all WalletCore Services. It explains prohibited uses and how we respond to abuse.

Prohibited behavior

Illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
Harassment, threats, hate, or incitement of violence.
Infringing content or violation of intellectual property rights.
Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security or privacy.
Automated scraping, brute force, or rate‑limit evasion.
Impersonation of WalletCore or others; requesting seed phrases or private keys.

Security research

We support responsible disclosure. Do not access data that isn’t yours or degrade the service. Report vulnerabilities via our security page; we will investigate promptly.

Enforcement

We may warn, limit, or suspend access where we reasonably believe this AUP is violated or risk is unacceptable, consistent with applicable law and our Terms.

Security abuse

Credential stuffing, brute force, or probing non‑public endpoints.
Exfiltrating data outside disclosed scopes.
Phishing pages or requests for seed phrases/private keys.

Content & IP

Uploading or linking infringing material or bypassing DRM.
Misusing brand assets to suggest sponsorship.
Selling or distributing others’ personal data without consent.

Integrity & fraud

Coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake reviews, or referral gaming.
Chargeback fraud or laundering illicit proceeds.
Impersonating WalletCore staff or support.

Safety & harassment

Targeted harassment, doxxing, or threats of violence.
Hate speech or incitement against protected classes.
Sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Automation & scraping

Do not scrape non‑public areas, bypass rate limits, or degrade service availability. Automation must respect our robots, headers, documented APIs, and fair‑use limits. Identify your app with a clear UA string when appropriate.

Marketplace & promotions

If you list apps, sell goods, or run promotions via WalletCore integrations, comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and anti‑spam laws. Clearly disclose terms, eligibility, and material conditions. Do not misrepresent expected returns or asset risks.

Appeals & remediation

If we restrict your access, you may appeal by submitting context, logs, and a remediation plan. We consider severity, history, and user safety. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension.

Report a concern

Report AUP concerns via the contact form. Include URLs, screenshots, and timestamps. For urgent safety risks, contact local authorities.
