You may request access and correction to your personal data and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
Consent & withdrawal
Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it using the channels in our Privacy Notice. We will inform you of likely consequences and process requests within a reasonable period.
Access & correction
Submit requests via the Privacy channels. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted and will respond within a reasonable time, taking into account complexity and volume.
Marketing & DNC
We comply with the Do‑Not‑Call provisions. Opt out of marketing with in‑product controls. Certain service messages are not marketing.
Cross‑border transfers
We ensure overseas recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA through legally enforceable obligations or exceptions provided by law.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymize it.
