Supplemental notice for US residents, including California.
This section supplements our global Privacy Notice and applies to residents of the United States where state privacy laws provide additional rights, including California’s CCPA/CPRA.
At or before the point of collection, we provide notice of the categories of personal information to be collected, the purposes for which they will be used, whether they are sold or shared, and retention periods or criteria. This page forms part of that notice.
Directly from you, automatically from your device when using the Services, and from service providers (e.g., payment, security) consistent with our Privacy Notice.
We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors under written agreements that limit their use, and share information as described in our Privacy Notice. We do not sell personal information.
Many browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. There is no common industry standard for responding to DNT; however, we honor legally required opt‑out preference signals where supported.
Use the Privacy request channels in our help center. We will verify your identity and may use authorized agents where permitted. Provide your account email and the right you wish to exercise.
If you use an authorized agent, we may require a signed authorization and request verification from you directly. Agents must provide proof of authorization and we may deny requests that cannot be verified.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering a right to limit, except as permitted (e.g., security or service operation).
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described and as required by law. See our Retention Policy for typical periods.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, consistent with applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Certain states (e.g., Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut) provide a right to appeal our response to your request. Follow the appeal instructions provided in our response and we will review and respond within the timelines required by law.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
For US privacy questions or appeals, use our contact form and select “Privacy (US)”. We will provide additional instructions as required by state law.
