Key EU/EEA consumer rights, withdrawal rules, GDPR data rights, and ADR information.
This addendum supplements the global Terms for EU/EEA consumers. Where EU law grants additional rights, those remain unaffected.
Under EU consumer law, you may have rights for digital content/services. Where the service is supplied immediately upon your express request and acknowledgment, withdrawal rights may not apply after delivery begins.
As a data subject, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. See our Privacy Notice for our role (controller) and contact channels.
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. We may release updates to maintain security and compliance. Failure to install updates may affect functionality or security.
Where required, we provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) information. You may also use the EU ODR platform to attempt resolution. This does not limit your right to bring claims in competent courts as permitted by law.
Depending on the processing, we rely on one or more lawful bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention), compliance with legal obligations, consent (where obtained), and in limited cases protection of vital interests. See our Privacy Notice for details and examples.
If consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may use the EU model withdrawal form. Provide your name, address, account email, the service, and date of order. Where digital services start immediately on your request, you acknowledge loss of withdrawal once full performance begins.
You may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to attempt out‑of‑court resolution. Our email for this purpose is available via the contact form. We are not obliged to participate in all ADR schemes.
For digital services, we provide updates necessary to keep the service in conformity during the relevant period, including security fixes. You should install updates promptly; failure to do so may affect conformity where the lack of update is the cause of the issue.
Where required, we will identify the seller of record and VAT information for transactions within the EU. This may vary based on your location and the specific service.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU/EEA member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of alleged infringement. See national authority websites for contact details.
Use the contact form for inquiries. For data rights, see Privacy Notice instructions and our DPO contact where applicable.
