Last updated: 2026-01-15

Overview (Singapore addendum)

This addendum supplements the global Terms for users in Singapore. Where Singapore law grants additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

PDPA rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access and correction. See our Privacy Notice for procedures and contact methods.

Consumer protections

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill and comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Some features may require updated software to maintain security.

Access & correction timelines

We endeavor to respond to access and correction requests within a reasonable time. If we cannot meet the usual timelines due to complexity or volume, we will notify you of the delay and reasons, consistent with PDPC guidance.

Marketing & DNC registry

We respect Singapore’s Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) provisions. Where we send marketing messages to Singapore numbers, we comply with consent and DNC checks. You can opt out of marketing at any time via provided controls.

Cross‑border transfers

If personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. See our Privacy Notice for safeguards.

Dispute resolution

As set in the Terms, disputes are subject to SIAC arbitration seated in Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under local law.
