UK Terms Addendum
Key UK consumer rights, UK GDPR data rights, and ADR information.
Overview (UK addendum)
This addendum supplements the global Terms for UK consumers. Where UK law grants additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
Consumer rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations remain. Nothing in the Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
UK GDPR rights
You may exercise UK GDPR data rights. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle requests and our lawful bases.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Where required, we will provide information about ADR entities. You may also have rights to bring claims in competent courts as permitted by UK law.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
Depending on the processing, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention), compliance with legal obligations, consent (where obtained), and in limited cases protection of vital interests. See the Privacy Notice for examples and choices.
Conformity & updates
For digital services, we provide updates needed to maintain conformity during the relevant period, including security fixes. Installing updates promptly helps maintain security and expected functionality.
Seller of record (UK)
Where applicable, we will identify our seller of record and VAT information for UK transactions. This may vary depending on the service and your location.
Supervisory authority (ICO)
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See ico.org.uk for contact details. You may also raise concerns with other competent authorities where relevant.
Contact (UK)
Use the contact form for inquiries. For data rights, follow the Privacy Notice instructions.
